Rail station / bus terminal / Medical Mor → Chikli Water Park

Rickshaws and Titanic autos run straight to the park from Rangpur's rail station and bus terminal; an auto-rickshaw from the terminal/Medical Mor cost 50 BDT, an auto-van across the city 20-30 BDT.

Tip: From Rangpur Modern, big autos run to Police Line Mor for 20 BDT — the first hop toward Chikli.

Places to visit

Ferris wheel (nagordola)

A very large Ferris wheel described as the park's main attraction and the biggest in Rangpur — from the top, the whole of Rangpur city is visible.

Speedboat ride

Speedboats carry riders across the whole Chikli bil from one side to the other; they operate during the daytime.

Good to know: The ride is fun but frightening — some people will not be able to ride it; life jackets are available but the small ones are for children and cannot hold an adult's weight.

Kids zone & gaming

A dedicated ride area and jumping bar for small children; the gaming zone posts prices for the kids' rides and has games for adults too — the kids zone is 150 BDT per hour with one guardian allowed, game tickets start from 100 BDT.

Water rides on the left just inside the gate, priced from 100 to 1000 BDT.

Fountain (jhorna)

A remarkable fountain newly added in the middle of the park — standing under it feels like standing beneath a real waterfall.

Good to know: The jhorna is man-made — a pipe feeding the waterfall is visible on the rock face.

Food

Park restaurants & floating restaurant
Restaurants with package menus and a cafe sit inside the park; a floating restaurant built over the water serves BBQ chicken, burgers, pizza, cake and pastries; a sugarcane juice stall stands right at the entrance.

Good to know

The floating structure is not open at night — because it floats on the water, it is kept closed after dark for safety.
