Opened by Concord Group on 19 February 2002; the complex covers nearly 20 acres with the theme park, Water Kingdom and go-karts.

How to get there

Any Ashulia-bound bus from Gabtoli or Bijoy Sarani to Jamgora, then a short rickshaw; ride-share from Uttara takes 30–45 minutes outside jams.

Summer afternoons belong to the Water Kingdom; winter is the walking-and-rides season.
