Singair Mosque

সিঙ্গাইর মসজিদ

Directly opposite the Sixty Dome Mosque, across the highway, stands a small one-domed old mosque — Singair Mosque; some also call it the Nine Dome Mosque. Small in size, big in story — many say it was Khan Jahan Ali's own place of worship. Visitors report worshippers still pray there — a 600-year-old building with more life than many newly built ones. It was declared a protected antiquity in 1975.
