Ulpur Zamindar Bari (Green Village Park)

The town's best-known heritage outing, 8 km away: flower gardens, a fountain, a Royal Bengal Tiger statue and a big pond inside a ticketed compound. Travellers give one consistent warning — the original mansion is gone, so enjoy it as a heritage garden park.
History & significance
An old zamindar estate of Ulpur; the original structure is ruined and a new building was constructed around 2020-21, with interiors kept locked. Next door, the Kulpada house was the estate's old post office, now dilapidated.
How to get there
Rickshaw from Gopalganj town, about Tk 30; you cross the rail line and pass near Arpara Munshi Bari.
