Jamuna Garden City Park

Inside the Jamuna fertilizer factory colony area at Tarakandi, Sarishabari, about 42 km from town — a green park giving the industrial belt a surprisingly soft face. Visitors combine it with riverside views of the Jamuna and the colony's plantation roads for a half-day circuit few outside the district know.
History & significance
A factory-colony park rather than a monument — its value is recreational. Nearby stands the district's other industrial-era landmark, the Zilbangla sugar mill (established 1957), often mentioned in the same breath.
How to get there
Bus or CNG from Jamalpur town to Sarishabari, then local transport to the factory area at Tarakandi. A day circuit typically costs 200-300 taka in transport.
